Dane & I went to watch Samantha at her Senior Prom on Saturday evening! Sniff, sniff, our little Sami Jo is growing up so fast! Brody & Dustin stayed home as we decided that trying to contain Brody in the middle of a group of people on bleachers up to and during time for bed would be a disaster. He seemed to enjoy his solo bathtime enough for it to balance out!
We found Sami right away when we got there. Dane was going to hold back on his hugs, but decided he had at least one for her!
Then agreed to cheese it up for a couple of pictures! :)

Connor is smart enough to bring drawing tools, paper, and a bottle of water to keep himself busy! He's been to a few of Samantha's events before. :)

Fast forward to after grand march. Samantha and some girl she knows. Dane befriended this girl in the green dress while we were taking other pictures of Sam. She seemed to enjoy his interest in her gigantic dress! He made sure to say bye to her before we left, too!

Granny's first major outing, since returning home after hip surgery, to a public venue...a fashionable cane made the trip smooth!
Not too much longer and Sam will be graduating from high school!!! Time flies!
