Dane informed me last night that he and Brody know how to do push-ups!
So, naturally, I asked for a demonstration.
And Brody showed me his version of the push-up tackle!
We then followed that work out with a few jumping jacks....
And just some regular jumps, minus the jacks....
So hard to capture that in a still photo!
Ta-da!
