Some great stuff!

I'm sure this post will not be nearly as exciting as it would be with pictures, but we are
BACK IN OUR HOUSE and MARRIED!!!!!!!!!
:)
We still have not gotten internet back at the house because of the flood damage to the equipment needed for service, but that is another story. However, that is the reason for lack of posts and updates lately, and reason for no pictures at this time.
What I can tell you, and you can use your imagination, is that it's GREAT to be back in our house. We moved back in, the weekend of October 21st. I will definitely post pictures of the house...now with our life back in it....and how good Dustin has made it look!
The following weekend, Dustin went on a whirlwind adventure one last time as a single man with some friends to the wonderful land of Minnesota. He made enough money at the casino to cover costs of a Minnesotan speeding ticket. Not sure if that was the plan, but that's what ended up happening.
The following weekend, I spent three days in the hospital with Dane, who was again hospitalized for breathing troubles and pneumonia-like symptoms. Not exactly what I was planning for events on the weekend prior to our wedding, but again, that's what ended up happening.
He's been on an antibiotic, and taking albuterol and steroids since the hospital stay and tomorrow goes in for another follow-up visit with his doctor. I think he sounds a lot better and is not struggling to catch his breath. We've been giving him a nebulizer treatment every 4 hours, and hoping for that to be cut back a little bit, even if he needs to continue, so that SOMEONE can get a solid night's sleep. He may have to continue with the steroid to ensure that we are not back in the hospital in a couple of weeks, but that is an easy fix!

Despite not having as much time to plan and prepare as I'd thought I'd have, the wedding happened on 11.11.11 as planned and went great!
We had our ceremony, reception, and dance all at the Holiday Inn in Minot. We had some good help decorating and setting things up. There was a little bit of resistance from the staff there about removing some building materials and flooring from the room we had rented, but with a few firm statements from some concerned parents, the room was cleared of all extra items and looked awesome!
The boys did an awesome job of walking down the aisle hand-in-hand to each sit with a Grandma Kathy, and that is what brought a tear to my eye. It was soooo cute! Dane had probably been told by about 20 people in the days leading up to it how he needed to do a good job and be a good big brother, and he sure did! He took the job seriously, and Brody listened well. They had some help from Uncle Jay, which made things go smoothly, also!
We were so thankful to have so many of our family and friends come to celebrate with us and finally have something great, fun, and happy to enjoy together! We really appreciated all the help and support from everyone to make things go so well! To anyone who was not able to come, hopefully, I will have some awesome pictures to post soon.
This past week, we got our kitchen countertops installed, as well as a working sink and dishwasher. No more washing dishes in the bathroom and making everything in the microwave! Yahoo! :)
We just spent our first weekend as a 'Voeller family' home at our house, not doing much, and it was great! We are looking forward to many more of those. I suppose those are to come after Dustin finishes the 47 little tasks that still remain to have things fully functional again at home.
And, as promised, pictures to follow......once we are back on the world wide web at home!
