Some December action

Reed continues to enjoy jumping and keeping an eye on the other shenanigans going on around him at all times....

Reed also celebrated his half birthday on December 17th!
Go Reed!

We had an awesome frosty morning over Christmas vacation but I didn't make it out of the house to drive around and take pictures, so I just was a creepy neighbor and took pictures of the house across the street and their trees!

I found the real thing.....GENUINE Parchment Paper....guess I've been using the fake stuff all along.

Dane had some artwork featured at the Minot Public Library (along with 99 other kindergarteners from his school) but Brody, Reed, and I brought him with so we could find the exact one Dane made.

Reed got a Baby Beaver shirt from MSU and I wanted to take a picture of all 3 boys wearing MSU apparel.....this is only a portion of what happened.....

then I told them to quit looking like they were pooping in their pants and it didn't help the situation....

poor Reed......

2014 Holiday Train

The boys, Sami & I ventured out into the chilly evening temps to see the Holiday Train.
Once again, it was AWESOME!

It wasn't nearly as cold as last year, or windy, which is good, because this year, we had a little baby with us!
Reed stayed asleep in his baby carrier for a little while, but then must have been curious about what was happening around him. Of course, Sami was happy to help snuggle him for the rest of the time we were there, and they both loved THAT. :)

Little Santa baby Reed

Clearly more focused on keeping track of the mobile big boys and helping Sami make sure the wee one was snuggled up warm (and not wiggling out of her wrappings) than of taking quality pictures....

Dream come true!

It happened!
It really, REALLY happened!

I have been wanting to stay home with the boys, (first boy, then multiple boys,) ever since I had Dane, almost 6 years ago. And now that day is here!

I quit my job on October 31, to be able to stay home with Reed and Brody, and take Dane to school and pick him up when school gets out for the day! I've been able to get the boys to all of their hockey practices and take them all to any of their doctor visits or other appointments. And it has been WONDERFUL!

I love it so much! I am so lucky!

That being said, I'm not sure why I haven't had more time to post on this blog, but I resolve to make a better effort after the holidays are over and we get back into a routine!

Happy Festivus!

Some fun in Minneapolis

We went to Minneapolis the weekend before Brody's bone marrow biopsy this summer to get in a few days of fun first!
