Library!

OK, I will just come clean and admit this up front about how excited I was for Dane to get his first library card.

I haven't really taken the boys to the library very much lately, mostly because I didn't want to spend the whole time saying, Shhhhh!, or chasing one or the other in 2 directions. 

I took Dane several times before Brody was born, and then later Brody was still contained in his carrier. 

But I decided to give it a go after we realized Dane was feeling alright on Easter weekend.

I talked about it a little beforehand to emphasize how quiet we need to be, and careful....Dane asked if they had more books than we have at home.....

he was in awe....

 

Brody was first in awe of the toys/games that were there. 

Then we found some books he was interested in, and he also sat down to dig in.

Dane's first library card! 

I'm so proud!!!

He even got to write his own name on the back! :)
